Copyright Policy

By uploading photos, videos, or other media to Owambe Tribe, you confirm that you own the content or have explicit permission from the rights holder to share it. You grant Owambe Tribe a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of showcasing vendors and reviews.

Vendors uploading portfolio images to their listing must own the rights to those images or have a licence from the photographer or studio that shot them. Using a competitor's work, stock photos without a licence, or images scraped from other websites is a violation of these terms and grounds for listing removal.

Brides and reviewers may upload photos from their own wedding as part of a review. Please don't upload images that include other guests without their consent, or images you didn't take or don't have rights to share.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Owambe Tribe without permission, send us:

• A description of the copyrighted work and where it appears on our platform (a link helps).
• Evidence that you own the rights (e.g. the original file, a portfolio link, or a licence agreement).
• Your contact information.

We review valid takedown requests promptly and remove infringing content while we investigate.

If content you uploaded was removed and you believe that was a mistake — for example, you do hold the rights — you can send us a counter-notice explaining why. We'll review it and may restore the content if the claim doesn't hold up.

Accounts with a pattern of confirmed copyright violations may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform, in addition to the individual content being taken down.
